This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead procurement and commercial activities throughout the entire lifecycle: strategy → tender → contract award → supplier mobilization.
• Develop packaging, sourcing, and commercial strategies, including financial models that incentivize performance and other commercial mechanisms.
• Supervise essential deliverables such as ITT development, pricing structures, negotiation strategies, and contract documentation.
• Oversee external contractors/consultants and budgets while facilitating approvals and business case processes.
• Collaborate effectively with Finance, PMO, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure a cohesive service delivery.
• Relevant experience in nuclear, construction, engineering, and/or critical infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in NEC contracts, including drafting and negotiation skills.
• Significant experience adhering to Government processes and requirements (CAB/CO/HMT) and crafting business cases in line with HMT Green Book.
• Familiarity with public sector procurement regulations (PCR/Procurement Act) and desirable experience with CCS.
