This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve a personal sales target and secure new business in the mid-market sector.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of commercial account executives.
• Take responsibility for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and the attainment of team quotas.
• Conduct structured one-on-one meetings, deal reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and revenue operations to enhance pipeline development.
• Work alongside sales leadership on territory planning, compensation strategies, and recruitment.
• Advocate for the commercial segment in cross-functional go-to-market discussions.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including a minimum of 2 years in sales team management.
• Demonstrated success in achieving quotas as both an individual contributor and a team leader.
• Background in selling to mid-market accounts with revenue between ~$50M–$1B.
• Excellent coaching abilities, capable of identifying deal risks and developing team members.
• Knowledge of a structured sales methodology such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar.
• Skilled in using Salesforce and various sales engagement tools.
• On-target earnings: $180,000–$200,000 (50/50 base/variable split).
