This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Delivers timely, precise, and respectful service to our clients, producers, and company staff.
• Develops, designs, and executes suitable insurance programs tailored for clients.
• Stays informed about new advancements or modifications with various carriers and recent Federal/State regulations.
• Advises, informs, and educates clients regarding coverage, exclusions, and potential risks.
• Produces premium allocations for clients; requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Negotiates rate terms and conditions with carriers on behalf of clients.
• Offers technical assistance to producers.
• Prepares essential proposals, insurance summaries, and applications.
• Engages in remarketing, contacting clients, and following up.
• Advises, informs, and educates clients about audit procedures.
• Sets priorities and effectively manages workflow.
• 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance is required.
• An active General Lines or Property & Casualty License is necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Applied Epic is preferred; however, familiarity with a similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable.
