• Develop and implement the WIA service plan.
• Prepare for and engage in strategy meetings.
• Assess exposures against coverages and conduct gap analysis.
• Collaborate on mid-market placements and work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure efficient and seamless placement processes, providing insights and recommendations.
• Review, finalize, and take part in proposal meetings.
• Document client orders to bind and verify the accuracy of binders.
• Engage in post-renewal meetings.
• Contribute to stewardship planning and delivery for major clients.
• Oversee confirmation of coverage, policies, endorsements, and audits as necessary.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Property & Casualty with a thorough understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must possess a state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proficient in self-service portals and capable of managing client training and usage.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
