This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Facilitate smooth and effective renewals by collaborating closely with Account Executives to prepare submissions, exposure summaries, proposals, coverage summaries, and binding documentation.
• Enhance informed risk placement by creating loss exhibits and actively sourcing loss runs directly from carriers.
• Ensure clients and partners receive necessary documentation by coordinating precise and timely certificates and proofs of insurance.
• Safeguard data integrity and team productivity by maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in the system of record.
• Maintain service excellence through quality control of insurance program documentation, including policies, endorsements, audits, and claims.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a Property and Casualty brokerage setting, with a solid understanding of commercial insurance.
• Capability to adhere to processes and procedural guidelines.
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills to meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Possession of insurance licenses, or a willingness to acquire them as necessary.
