Commercial Lines Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee minor portfolios for commercial lines insurance clients

• Enhance customer loyalty and promote additional coverage lines to expand business and adequately mitigate risks

• Assess relationships with carriers, evaluate commercial insurance offerings, and determine market placements

• Deliver high-quality and prompt service to clients and customers

• Investigate, recommend, and implement ReSource Pro solutions tailored for clients

• Utilize Agency Management Systems to fulfill tasks

• Manage daily customer interactions

• Consult with clients and offer guidance to colleagues leveraging subject matter expertise

• Collect information regarding client requirements and insurance solutions

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address client needs and meet internal objectives

• Partner with dedicated onshore/offshore SDU teams to renew existing policies, secure new business opportunities, and expand account coverage

• Cultivate robust customer relationships and mentor junior team members on client interactions

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance or related coverage in a retail agency or service center

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license for residents is mandatory

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, is required

• Experience with Agency Management Systems is necessary

• Preferred industry designations include CPCU, CIC, CISR, or ARM

• Capability to thrive and adapt within a team-focused environment

• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation

• Must reside in Pacific or Mountain Time zones

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
