• Develop, strengthen, and enhance relationships with clients across all levels of the organization.
• Oversee and retain the current portfolio of business.
• Consistently meet all audit and performance benchmarks set by management.
• Proactively follow up to address client needs and resolve any challenges or concerns.
• Administer and update the agency management system with all necessary information and documents regularly, including all IO requirements.
• Handle daily correspondence and tasks, including faxes and emails, for assigned accounts.
• Respond to and process all telephone inquiries for assigned accounts.
• Prepare billing statements and/or invoices promptly.
• Collaborate with the Producer to manage the ICR process.
• High school diploma is required.
• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Commercial Lines department at an agency or company level is preferred.
• Strong technical proficiency in the targeted industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skilled in the use of office equipment (including, but not limited to, copiers, printers, faxes, binding machines, etc.).
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Ability to uphold a high degree of confidentiality.
