Commercial Lines Account Executive/Senior – Eldercare Facilities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the primary client relationship while developing an effective customer service plan.

• Focus on the growth and retention of the designated book of business.

• Build and maintain a high degree of trust with clients through regular communication and proactive resolution of actionable items, inquiries, or concerns.

• Organize client meetings to strategize the renewal marketing process.

• Provide guidance on optimal coverage alternatives.

• Review ownership and management contracts, property leases, and other contractual documents to extract critical information and insurance requirements for compliance.

• Engage in discussions and negotiations regarding coverage and associated pricing with carriers and wholesalers, leveraging a thorough understanding of the client’s exposures and historical claims.

• Prepare renewal submissions based on outcomes from client strategy meetings, including loss analysis, changes in exposure/operations, and recommended coverage options.

• Conduct renewal presentations for clients, either individually or alongside team members.

• Possess strong knowledge of the Marketing/Underwriting Process, including selecting suitable markets based on appetite, presenting the client's operational narrative favorably to the underwriter, summarizing historical claims, and documenting carrier clearance.

• Maintain high-level and consistent communication with carriers and wholesalers to secure the most comprehensive quotes within the target timeline.

• Serve as a strategic negotiator to achieve comprehensive coverage and the most competitive premiums.

• Foster robust relationships with business partners, including carrier underwriters, wholesalers, and other professional service providers.

• Willingness to travel 2-3 times annually as necessary for client or other meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Property Casualty servicing.

• A Property and Casualty insurance license is mandatory upon hire.

• Professional designations (CIC, AAI, CISR, CPIA) are preferred and advantageous.

• A BA/BS degree is desirable.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills are essential.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with EPIC is preferred.
