This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
β’ Evaluating commercial insurance policies, creating thorough carrier applications, and managing the quoting and requoting processes to guarantee optimal coverage choices.
β’ Completing, updating, and processing standard ACORD forms to produce highly precise policy documentation for carrier submissions.
β’ Overseeing the entire lifecycle of policy servicing, which includes managing endorsements, processing policy updates, and issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
β’ Performing proactive renewal follow-ups, organizing renewal email communication sequences, and executing policy cancellations with precision.
β’ Keeping impeccable, current client and policy records within the agency management systems and conducting regular audits of CRM and carrier platforms.
β’ Serving as a dependable link between leading U.S. insurance carriers and internal agency personnel to ensure seamless policy progression, binding, and resolution of issues.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of professional experience specifically in commercial lines insurance operations.
β’ Native or professional-level bilingual proficiency in both written and oral Spanish and English.
β’ Direct, hands-on experience with Applied Epic, EZLynx, and PL Rater is strongly preferred.
β’ Proven experience in completing, reviewing, and preparing standard ACORD documentation for carrier underwriting.
β’ Previous experience navigating agent portals and submitting applications directly to leading U.S. carriers, including but not limited to: The Hartford, Travelers, Foremost, Progressive, Acuity, and Nationwide.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail, strong data entry accuracy, and a proactive approach to managing renewal deadlines and carrier requirements.
