This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Tasked with identifying and organizing new commercial landscaping opportunities.
• Decision Maker Research: Locate actual individuals who have the authority to make or influence decisions.
• Outreach and Follow-Up: Conduct outbound outreach and follow-up via email, phone, LinkedIn, CRM tasks, and collaboration with our onsite team.
• Quote Coordination and 72-Hour Proposal Standard: Swiftly coordinate proposals upon receiving quote requests.
• Cold Quote System: Develop a system for proactively quoting well-suited commercial properties before they make inquiries.
• Coordination With Onsite Team: Collaborate closely with the onsite team.
• CRM, Pipeline, and Reporting: Maintain clarity, visibility, and accountability in sales activities.
• Over 7 years of overall professional experience.
• More than 5 years in B2B sales, business development, outbound prospecting, lead generation, appointment setting, sales development, or account development.
• At least 3 years of experience selling to, researching, or supporting businesses or clients based in the U.S.
• A minimum of 3 years in commercial landscaping, property management, facility services, construction, field services, janitorial, pest control, security, exterior services, or another service-oriented B2B industry.
• Over 2 years in a role with weekly outbound activity targets.
• Demonstrated capability in managing 100+ outbound sales touches weekly.
• Proven track record in building prospect lists with 500+ contacts or companies.
• Experience in identifying decision makers across various companies or properties.
• Proficient in using a CRM, spreadsheet, or sales pipeline system to monitor prospects, follow-ups, quotes, and deal statuses.
• Strong written and spoken English at a professional business level.
• Comfortable with making calls, sending cold emails, utilizing LinkedIn, and following up consistently.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with remote and onsite sales, estimating, and field teams.
• Available to work during core U.S. business hours.
• Capable of handling high-volume prospecting independently.
• Strong commercial acumen to understand property types, decision makers, contracts, bid cycles, and proposal follow-up.
