Commercial Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Continuously assess commercial dashboards and business intelligence, transforming data into diagnostics and actionable insights for executive leadership.

• Recognize revenue growth opportunities and obstacles within the commercial funnel.

• Analyze performance discrepancies by comparing actual outcomes against targets, including conducting root cause assessments.

• Evaluate individual salesperson performance metrics such as win rate, pipeline coverage, velocity, and opportunity aging.

• Perform win/loss and no-sale evaluations.

• Examine the customer base, focusing on Net Revenue Retention (NRR), churn rates, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and portfolio risk.

• Generate regular executive reports containing narratives and recommendations.

• Assist in revenue forecasting through accuracy assessments and scenario modeling.

• Aid in the application of the Revenue Architecture methodology (Winning by Design).

• Design, document, and specify comprehensive revenue cycle processes for integration via CRM and AI/Automation.

• Identify and prioritize automation and AI use cases from a business standpoint.

• Define and implement metrics for recurring revenue along with their respective data sources.

• Organize commercial management practices and routines, including forecast reviews, pipeline assessments, and quarterly business reviews (QBR).

• Lead change management initiatives with sales teams and leadership.

• Establish and prioritize new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), guiding the Indicator Governance team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in establishing or enhancing Sales Operations / Revenue Operations frameworks, covering processes, metrics, and routines.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a demonstrated history of deriving business insights from data.

• Proficient in Power BI, with advanced skills in exploration, cross-analysis, and basic DAX.

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including modeling, pivot tables, and scenario analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, or related fields.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Spanish.

• Advanced English reading skills.
