Commercial HVAC Service Agreement Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify, research, and qualify potential clients by leveraging Carrier’s installed equipment base, referrals, internal leads, directories, and competitor platforms.

• Deliver impactful sales presentations, conduct assessments of customer needs, respond to inquiries, and secure new maintenance agreements with clients.

• Build rapport with customers and employ effective questioning strategies to uncover the prospects’ needs, budget constraints, decision-making process, timelines, and subsequent steps.

• Create tailored proposals that address customer requirements to facilitate successful sales closures.

• Conduct site surveys and facility assessments to evaluate equipment and site conditions, enabling the formulation of maintenance agreement proposals.

• Utilize relevant sales tools, such as Salesforce, to monitor and effectively manage an active pipeline of sales opportunities.

• Collaborate with operations to ensure the successful execution of Maintenance Agreements and to address any customer concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED with 2+ years of sales or business development experience in the technical industry/service, or a Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of HVAC systems experience.

• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs, climb ladders and stairs, and work comfortably on roofs/platforms.

• Willingness to travel statewide daily, up to 50% of the time.
