This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the primary talent partner for the leadership team in the Industrial Water sector.
β’ Design and implement talent strategies that are in line with territory growth, customer segments, and strategic priorities.
β’ Utilize existing industry connections to actively seek out and attract top-performing commercial talent.
β’ Create and maintain talent maps that encompass competitors and related markets.
β’ Evaluate candidates based on their commercial insight, consultative selling skills, technical credibility, and fit with company culture.
β’ Provide insights regarding market trends in compensation, competitor recruitment activities, and talent availability.
β’ Collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition teams, and leadership to facilitate a smooth, high-caliber hiring process.
β’ Develop long-term talent pipelines that align with multi-year growth goals.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in commercial sales, business development, or recruitment within the water treatment, specialty chemicals, or similar industrial sectors.
β’ Proven depth of professional connections within the industrial water commercial landscape.
β’ Strong comprehension of industrial sales cycles, territory management, and solution-oriented selling strategies.
β’ Capability to establish credibility rapidly with senior sales and business executives.
β’ High degree of business acumen and ability to assess drivers of commercial performance.
β’ A proactive, relationship-oriented approach to engaging with passive talent.
