This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identifying and managing a client portfolio within the industrial sector, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises.
• Collaborating with companies that generate revenues starting from BRL 400,000 per month.
• Engaging in business development related to receivables financing, including FIDC and securitization.
• Establishing consultative relationships with corporate clients and structuring financial transactions.
• Growing and sustaining an active portfolio.
• Demonstrated commercial experience in the financial sector, particularly with FIDC, securitization companies, or receivables financing.
• Background in B2B consultative sales and managing corporate client portfolios.
• A proactive hunter mentality, with discipline for remote work and a focus on achieving results.
• At least 3 years of experience in the securitization/FIDC industry.
• Prior experience with financial institutions, banks, or related services is essential.
• A personal vehicle is required.
• A minimum personal portfolio of BRL 5 million is necessary.
• Guaranteed compensation for the initial 4 months.
