This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with private higher education institutions.
• Spearhead the national commercial growth of the platform.
• Establish and nurture relationships with: Rectors; Vice-Rectors; Academic Directors; Institutional sponsors/maintainers; C-level executives.
• Deliver impactful presentations and engage in high-value consultative negotiations.
• Develop sales pipelines and oversee strategic accounts.
• Market solutions aimed at revenue recovery and minimizing student attrition.
• Recognize opportunities for growth, expansion, and strategic partnerships.
• Aid in the strategic positioning of the brand within the education sector.
• Work in conjunction with technology, product, and strategy teams.
• Play a role in go-to-market strategies and the national expansion of operations.
• Represent Meu Diploma at meetings, events, and during strategic negotiations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal (relational) skills.
• Proven experience in selling intangible solutions/services.
• Skills in client prospecting.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
