Commercial District Manager – Field Sales & Service

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Propel initiatives aimed at enhancing key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, sales (installations), growth within the distributor sales network, expansion of full shop product categories, direct service revenue, direct service profitability, direct service network development, third-party sales/service network expansion, and achieving fix right first time two days (FRFT2D) through consistent daily management and process enhancements.

β€’ Cultivate and maintain essential relationships with key stakeholders at major account customers to reduce equipment downtime and elevate customer satisfaction.

β€’ Formulate and execute action items for territory development, including customers and product lines.

β€’ Oversee and provide support to Field Service Technicians.

β€’ Facilitate weekly meetings to cover the following topics: Territory KPI evaluations, Technician discussions (addressing training gaps, performance challenges, etc.), review of escalated issues, communication of business updates, process modifications, and other critical information. Ensure Technicians receive necessary support from various company resources (such as payroll, HR, Engineering, etc.), including payroll reporting and approvals, as well as daily management reporting (revenue, dispatch data, etc.).


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 2-3 years of proven success in leading a team to achieve outcomes in service, sales, and customer service roles.

β€’ Experience in the automotive aftermarket is highly advantageous.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to work remotely while maintaining effective connections with a distributed team.

β€’ Strong proficiency in computer skills, particularly with MS Excel and PowerPoint.

β€’ Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Cognos, Microsoft PowerBI, etc.) is strongly preferred.

β€’ Highly organized communicator capable of efficiently conveying information to both workgroups and individuals.

β€’ Proven ability in planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities to meet customer needs promptly.
