This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Oversee the commercial operations of our eye centers: You will manage the business aspects of multiple centers and ensure adherence to Sanoptis standards throughout the facilities.
β’ Take ownership of operational performance and business objectives: You will track essential operational KPIs, including patient satisfaction, financial metrics, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
β’ Collaborate with finance and accounting teams: You will partner with finance and accounting to create and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and implement cost-control strategies.
β’ Establish performance targets: You will perform evaluations and set objectives for team members.
β’ Develop regional strategy: You will formulate regional strategic plans that align with our overall business goals.
β’ Foster growth through site development: You will proactively identify growth opportunities in your region and leverage them effectively. Working closely with the marketing team, you will help enhance patient volumes through impactful marketing and promotional efforts.
β’ Significant professional experience in a challenging environment, such as strategy consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar) or other dynamic companies.
β’ Proven capability to prepare and present business and financial analyses at an executive level.
β’ A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to analysis preparation.
β’ An entrepreneurial mindset that allows for taking on considerable responsibilities and driving independent problem-solving.
β’ Essential ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing stakeholders, including the capacity to influence without formal authority and play a critical role in decision-making.
β’ Competence in resolving conflicts constructively while maintaining assertiveness in challenging situations.
β’ Strong organizational and process management abilities.
β’ Proficiency in German and English (minimum C1 level).
