Commercial Director – Lower Saxony

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the commercial management of several ophthalmology clinics, ensuring adherence to Sanoptis standards across all facilities.

• You will assess operational performance metrics, including patient satisfaction, financial indicators, revenues, expenses, and profitability.

• You will work in collaboration with finance and accounting teams to create and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-control strategies.

• You will perform performance evaluations and establish targets.

• You will formulate regional strategic plans that align with our overarching business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in a challenging environment, such as management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar) or other fast-paced organizations.

• Demonstrated capability to prepare and present business and financial analyses to senior leadership.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to assume significant responsibility and independently drive problem-solving initiatives.

• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• A track record of successful stakeholder management, including the ability to influence without formal authority and play a key role in decision-making.

• Strong organizational and process management abilities.

• Proficiency in both German and English (minimum C1 level).
