This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Driving commercial expansion within the Spanish market
• Overseeing and enhancing the current sales team
• Building and nurturing commercial relationships with prominent gaming operators in Spain
• Identifying, proposing, and securing new business opportunities, which include affiliate, media, sponsorship, programmatic campaigns, and customized partnership agreements
• Collaborating across departments to guarantee effective onboarding, activation, and continuous optimization and monetization of partnerships throughout the region
• Achieving revenue growth and meeting commercial objectives in the Spanish market
• Maintaining a robust and precise commercial pipeline, with regular reporting on performance, forecasts, and strategic plans
• Ensuring all commercial initiatives align with FairPlay’s branding, compliance, and strategic goals
• Participating in regional strategy discussions and aiding broader initiatives across Southern Europe and LATAM
• Demonstrated experience in commercial roles, partnerships, or business development within iGaming, sports betting, digital media, or related sectors
• Comfortable engaging with high-level stakeholders such as marketing directors, country managers, DGOJ, and other public entities – a portfolio of contacts is advantageous
• Strong understanding of media and digital advertising, including display, reservation, and programmatic
• Proven track record in closing and managing intricate commercial agreements
• Excellent skills in organization, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management
• Data-driven approach with strong commercial insight and innovative thinking abilities
• Fluent in Spanish and professional-level English required; Portuguese is a plus
