This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Direct the budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for various projects.

• Manage contract administration, change orders, and claims processes.

• Develop and implement commercial governance, reporting frameworks, and controls.

• Collaborate with the Director of Field Operations and VP on strategic initiatives and execution.

• Recognize and address financial and contractual risks.

• Assist in managing margins and achieving profitability objectives.

• Act as the main commercial liaison with clients and external partners.

• Create scalable financial systems to facilitate the division's growth.

• Over 10 years of experience in commercial/project financial management.

• Experience in large-scale construction or capital projects.

• Proficient in contract, risk, and cost control management.
