• Convert business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional design documentation that Architects and developers can utilize.

• Assist in pre-sales efforts, including scoping discussions, discovery workshops, and effort estimation for Agentforce Life Sciences Cloud projects.
• Create and facilitate UAT scripts, test scenarios, and training materials that are aligned with commercial use cases.
• Document both current-state and future-state process maps for territory management, call planning, account/customer 360, sample management, and other related commercial workflows.

• Communicate effectively and credibly with client stakeholders, ranging from field end users to commercial operations leadership.
• Work in conjunction with project managers to oversee scope, timelines, and change requests throughout the engagement.
• Over 5 years of experience supporting commercial CRM for the pharmaceutical or biotech industries, with direct experience in at least one of the following: Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, or IQVIA OCE.
• Strong grasp of pharmaceutical commercial operations and how CRM systems facilitate the daily activities of common field and home office roles, including MSLs, Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers (KAM), Payer/Market Access teams, and Field Reimbursement Managers (FRM).
• Proven experience as a functional Business Analyst: gathering requirements, documenting processes, writing user stories, and supporting UAT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead client discussions and build trust with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with Solution Architects and developers on system design, without directly handling the architecture.
• Based in the U.S.; authorized to work in the United States.
