This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and target medium to large real estate developers.
• Introduce Loft's innovative resale and registration business model as a solution for enhancing operational efficiency for partners.
• Oversee the B2B sales pipeline, from initial outreach to the finalization of partnership agreements.
• Act as the primary liaison between the developer and Loft's operations team.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service.
• Previous experience in mortgage/real estate finance or B2B sales.
• Strong commercial acumen, particularly in consultative selling.
• Ability to think critically and analytically.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Proficient negotiation skills.
• Proactive and hands-on approach.
