This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the B2B channel for Lubricant Distributors, focusing on retaining and fostering the sustainable growth of both existing and new customers while enhancing business profitability and achieving set KPIs.
• Serve as an influencer (indirect management) with the Distributor, acting as a change agent to ensure complete alignment between company strategies and the local market.
• Assist distributor owners, directors, managers, and coordinators/supervisors by engaging in the rollout and implementation of the strategic plan and ensuring tactical execution at the salesforce level.
• Examine the market, keep track of competitor actions, and coordinate the execution of strategies for indirect B2B customers.
• Develop and train distributor personnel in sales techniques, pipeline management, performance indicators, goal management, and teamwork, while coaching them to enhance the competencies necessary for the business.
• Conduct joint visits with distributor teams to create integrated value propositions.
• Recommend and oversee technical projects with clients aimed at retention, product mix enhancement, and new customer prospecting.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Completed Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in managing distributors and/or distribution channels.
• Familiarity with Power BI and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Resident of Porto Alegre, RS.
• Willingness to travel.
