This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Auto and Liability Adjusters

• Organize training and development for the team

• Ensure adjusters reach their full potential while delivering exceptional service

• Guarantee that claims processing adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

• Conduct investigations into claims

• Collect statements

• Assess damages

• Establish liability

• Reject claims when necessary

• Manage subrogation processes

• Address litigation matters

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial auto liability adjusting

• 1 to 5 years of experience in a management role
