Commercial Assistant – Operational Right-Hand (Sales)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Management and coordination of commercial activities

• Daily tracking of incoming leads

• Verification and structuring of sales pipelines

• Updating CRM systems and monitoring tools

• Facilitating communication between SDRs, closers, team leaders, and management

• Ensuring the accuracy of sales data

• Conducting internal follow-ups to track the progress of cases

• Management and tracking of contracts, enrollments, and administrative paperwork

• Preparation of weekly sales performance reports

• Monitoring performance indicators and key metrics

• Organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively

• Managing both strategic and operational tasks

• Centralizing essential information

• Preparing documents, summaries, and support materials

• Assisting in the organization of meetings and team check-ins

• Addressing operational emergencies and unforeseen issues

• Contributing to continuous process improvement

• Identifying operational challenges

• Escalating obstacles as necessary

• Suggesting enhancements
