This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to pinpoint key performance drivers and create actionable insights.
• Assist in business reviews by providing performance reporting.
• Perform in-depth analyses on sales performance and marketing strategies.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Work with the Data Science team to assess the impact of commercial activities.
• Prepare performance reporting packages for senior leadership review.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic planning efforts.
• Convert sales performance data into P&L implications.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and FP&A teams to ensure alignment of analysis with business goals.
• Act as a bridge between data/BI teams and commercial stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in analytics, insights, business intelligence, or sales operations within B2B sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI with proven experience in designing and maintaining dashboards.
• Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in performance reporting, KPI tracking, and variance analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel; familiarity with SQL or other query languages is an advantage.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
