📋 Description

• Assess and oversee the performance of various gaming brands, pinpointing opportunities to stimulate growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve business outcomes.

• Leverage data analytics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, providing actionable insights for brand and business strategies.

• Create and manage dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau or Looker to monitor key performance indicators.

• Formulate and implement best practices and standardized procedures for the commercial team.

• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the commercial team.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure brand strategies align with company goals.

• Deliver insights, strategies, and updates to senior leadership.

• Advocate for advanced analytical techniques, innovative technologies, and methodologies to boost business performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in developing and executing strategies that improve brand performance and foster business growth.

• Strong analytical abilities with expertise in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

• Demonstrated experience managing teams or spearheading cross-functional initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes.

• Background in creating and sustaining knowledge-sharing frameworks.

• In-depth understanding of gaming trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to transform complex data into actionable insights.

• Proactive mindset in recognizing challenges and devising innovative solutions.

• Familiarity with Python or other programming languages is a plus.

• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, or predictive analytics is advantageous.

• Experience with advanced analytical frameworks or emerging technologies is a bonus.
