Commercial Account Manager, Dutch Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance current customer accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding clients on maximizing Boomi's support for their business objectives.

• Employ consultative selling methods to create customized solutions that tackle customers’ changing challenges.

• Formulate and implement account plans aimed at achieving growth targets while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, solutions consulting, and marketing, to deliver exceptional customer results.

• Evaluate account performance and market trends to proactively meet customer needs and mitigate risks.

• Provide accurate forecasts for renewals and expansion revenue, while monitoring key performance indicators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in relationship-based account management or sales, preferably in SaaS, cloud, or integration solutions.

• Proficient in Dutch at a native level and strong English communication skills (knowledge of additional European languages is a plus).

• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies is preferred.

• A customer-centric mindset, robust business acumen, and a commitment to fostering growth within existing accounts.
