Account Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in extracting platform data and generating reports for both clients and internal teams.

• Conduct campaign analyses of paid initiatives across social media platforms and programmatic DSP/SSP platforms, including Beeswax, Groundtruth, and Amazon.

• Support client relations by acting as a primary point of contact for day-to-day interactions.

• Develop and implement operational processes focused on efficiency, safeguards, and continuous improvement to ensure the success of both client teams and the ad operations team.

• Beta test proprietary internal technology, providing valuable recommendations and feedback.

• Participate in weekly training sessions, daily team meetings, quarterly company-wide meetings, and other activities.

• Ensure client objectives are achieved through proactive management and optimization.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
