This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive territory business plan that aligns with brand goals and is customized to meet the requirements of customers, accounts, and treatment centers within the designated area.
• Establish robust relationships with healthcare professionals in hematology/oncology, key accounts, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate disease state education, product availability, and access for patients who could benefit from tirabrutinib.
• Articulate the clinical attributes of tirabrutinib, effectively present pivotal trial findings, and meaningfully address both clinical and non-clinical obstacles faced by customers involved in hematology patient care.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, and other field colleagues to ensure coordinated execution, launch readiness, and a smooth experience for healthcare providers and patients.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector, including at least 5 years of direct sales experience in malignant hematology.
• Experience in rare diseases and/or oral oncolytic markets is highly desirable.
• Capability to comprehend, interpret, and convey complex clinical information and pivotal data clearly and credibly to a variety of oncology stakeholders.
• Proven track record of building trusted partnerships with key customers, treatment centers, and account stakeholders in intricate specialty markets.
• Solid understanding of the sales cycle, encompassing patient identification, clinical conviction, access and reimbursement considerations, and distribution dynamics.
• Proven ability to assess business needs, leverage market insights, and execute effectively in challenging or competitive environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the capability to collaborate and influence without formal authority.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
