This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Offer clients specialized knowledge in Commercial Lines insurance for our medical device program.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with both existing and new customers through suitable proposals, ethical sales practices, and effective internal communication to maximize service quality, business expansion, and client satisfaction.
• Support and oversee the Commercial Lines Department, including staff and production responsibilities.
• Provide service for Commercial Lines Insurance.
• Identify and communicate clients' needs related to Commercial Insurance.
• Manage requests and requirements from Carriers on behalf of clients.
• Input client and prospect information into the Agency Management System (EPIC).
• Gather and prepare summaries of clients’ historical Loss Data.
• Assist Client Executives (also known as Producers) in marketing to Carriers for suitable coverage as necessary.
• Utilize online carrier tools to create quotations.
• Compile pre-renewal information for client review and approval.
• Revise client proposals as needed.
• Process finalized applications, including follow-up for required documents.
• Request policy modifications as directed by clients, Account Executives, or Producers.
• Verify Policies, Endorsements, and Policy Audits for precision.
• Handle billing for policy transactions.
• Ensure transactions are followed through to guarantee proper issuance of policies.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; college education is preferred.
• Must possess a P&C License or be in the process of obtaining one.
• A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in a P&C insurance office is desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of successfully engaging with diverse individuals and thriving in a team setting.
• Customer-centric approach to establish and nurture effective relationships.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to read, analyze, and reconcile financial reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
