• Stay updated on market trends.
• Act as a trusted colleague within the team, providing mentorship and coaching.
• Define, design, and iterate our sales processes, ensuring Neat is prepared for the next stage of our explosive growth.
• Extensive experience in effective sales practices.
• Regional experience with clients in mid-sized companies.
• Knowledge of video conferencing is a plus but not a requirement.
• Experience scaling a rapidly growing technology business is a must.
• Ability to design strategic plans for the market.
• Proven track record in developing new business and growing new areas of business.
