Commercial Account Executive, Outbound Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for Motive by fostering strong relationships with key executives at major prospects, thereby driving business expansion and increasing wallet share through a thorough understanding of each client's operations and pinpointing collaboration opportunities.

• Conduct surveys with prospects to gain insights into their business challenges, allowing for alignment of those needs with the Motive solution.

• Demonstrate Motive software to potential fleet managers and drivers.

• Collaborate with your account team, including Account Managers and Freight Operations, utilizing customer analytics and other resources to enhance purchasing decisions.

• Address and resolve issues by pinpointing problems, employing critical thinking to determine the best course of action, and implementing the most effective solutions.

• Strategically plan to achieve and surpass your ongoing business targets and revenue objectives.

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of our technology platform and operations, utilizing this knowledge and market feedback to inform business improvements.

• Continuously research and enhance your understanding of market trends to provide consultative insights.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of outbound sales experience, ideally with B2B international clients (US/Canada/UK).

• Proven success in a complex sales environment, demonstrating a strong history of hunting, surpassing quotas, and rapidly expanding your client portfolio, supported by data.

• A strong sense of ownership throughout the sales process, from prospecting and demonstrations to closing deals.

• Exceptional ability to establish rapport with executive decision-makers, influencing outcomes by understanding the customer’s needs and the unique solutions Motive offers.

• A proven track record of working independently with a data-driven approach to achieving short, medium, and long-term sales objectives.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the capability to effectively convey key value propositions and swiftly address objections.

• A Bachelor's Degree (preferably from an overseas institution in the US/UK/Canada) and/or significant exposure to B2B customers in the US/Canada/UK.
