Commercial Account Executive – LATAM, English/Portuguese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Qualify and oversee marketing-generated inbound sales leads throughout the entire sales cycle.

• Identify and target potential clients in the LATAM region through effective prospecting.

• Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers to gather requirements and propose high-value solutions.

• Develop a thorough understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of competing products, effectively demonstrating the value of our premium, market-leading solutions to prospects.

• Identify high-value sales opportunities and collaborate with Mid-Market prospects on GTM strategies that foster mutually beneficial partnerships.

• Efficiently gather intelligence on markets, prospects, and competitors using various resources.

• Meet or surpass quota expectations.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in selling complex B2B software products.

• Professional or native proficiency in both Portuguese and English.

• Exceptional negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially through email and phone.

• Experience in prospecting and utilizing tools such as Outreach, Dooly, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to industry conferences and meet with key prospects.

• Proven success using a consultative approach with key business and technical executives, particularly technical CXOs and VPs.

• Consistent track record of overachievement, with demonstrated success in multi-year quota attainment.

• A reliable team player with a strong drive to succeed.

• A college or university degree is required.

• Preferred backgrounds include technical disciplines.

• Experience with Salesforce CRM to manage the sales cycle is essential.
