This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Overseeing and expanding a sales pipeline
• Guiding inbound and outbound leads through intricate sales cycles to successful closure
• Leveraging your network and collaborating with external partners to identify and facilitate new projects within the Commercial segment
• Managing and engaging with an existing account base to promote usage-based and feature-based upsells
• Creating new projects by scheduling self-initiated outbound meetings
• Developing persuasive demonstrations in conjunction with the pre-sales team, sales materials, and ROI studies that deliver value to our clients
• Accurately forecasting to support the team in achieving their targets
• Working together with sales developers, solutions engineers, customer success managers, legal, partner managers, and marketing teams.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in a closing role (especially in B2B, MarTech, SaaS tech sales)
• Proficient spoken and written skills in German and English, with Polish or Czech being an advantage
• Hunter mentality: Strong understanding of outbound prospecting techniques, tools, and processes
• Strong Plus: Experience collaborating with partners (solution integrators, consultancies, independent software vendors)
• Ability to multitask and adapt to evolving situations
• Quick thinker, capable of addressing questions promptly
