This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Spearhead initiatives to boost top-line revenue by acquiring new clients and devising strategies for targeting premier accounts in Spain & Portugal.
• Actively seek and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to current clients, maximizing account revenue and profitability.
• Cultivate and manage critical customer relationships to guarantee optimal satisfaction and retention, fostering long-lasting strategic partnerships.
• Utilize data insights, customer intentions, and adoption history to effectively identify potential clients and enhance retention strategies, resulting in improved conversion rates for new business pipelines and increased retention and growth of existing clients in Spain and Portugal.
• Formulate quarterly territory plans, creating strategies and actionable tactics aimed at increasing our market presence.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Zendesk products, aligning them with clients' business objectives to facilitate product expansion and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee complex, value-driven sales cycles, including lengthy deals with proof of concept stages, particularly with high-revenue-generating customers.
• Consistently build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and maintain an accurate sales forecast to surpass quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
• Develop and sustain C-level executive sponsorship by leveraging your industry knowledge to forge relationships with decision-makers and advocates.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and leadership to refine sales strategies and enhance sales execution.
• Negotiate and finalize intricate deals using a consultative approach, employing your exceptional communication skills to present persuasive business cases and value propositions.
• Keep a comprehensive understanding of Zendesk solutions while staying informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Background in cloud/software B2B / AI sales or solution engineering, with at least 4 years of experience and a proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Strong and consistent history of achieving targets and quotas.
• Proficiency in navigating complex sales cycles and renewals, including lengthy, value-driven processes with proof of concept stages.
• A proven track record of successfully selling to C-level executives.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Experience in creating and utilizing territory and account plans.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Familiarity with essential Sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, Seismic, and Looker.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
