This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Drive new sales and oversee upselling prospects within a designated territory.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the mid-market sector.
• Innovatively source new prospects and strategically position offerings to meet specific client requirements.
• Act as a trusted industry expert and advisor to potential clients.
• Keep an eye on competitor offerings to effectively pinpoint market strengths and weaknesses.
• Convert client feedback into actionable strategies that propel business growth and reduce competitive threats.
• Influence client decisions and advocate for specific needs to negotiate intricate solutions.
• Collaborate across departments with Sales Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure smooth implementation.
• Maintain precise daily activity records, forecasts, and opportunity data within Salesforce to promote predictable results.
• A minimum of 2 years of B2B closing experience, ideally in the cybersecurity or software sectors.
• A proven history of generating revenue through proactive prospecting and sustainable account growth.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while remaining highly responsive to client needs.
• Quick adaptability to changing business priorities by efficiently learning and absorbing new information.
• Exhibit strategic behavior by breaking down larger territory goals into smaller, meaningful achievements.
• Communicate clearly to convey objectives and reasoning to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Hold oneself and others accountable for driving results and maintaining an accurate sales forecast.
• Make prompt decisions that address challenges and foster momentum throughout the sales process.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings as necessary.
