Commercial Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• You adhere to the principle of 1% improvement daily. You seek out feedback as you understand it is the quickest route to excel in your role.

• You don’t merely use tools; you excel in them. You will be immersed in Salesforce and Gong, leveraging data to rigorously evaluate your deals and enhance your sales expertise.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative setting with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams (such as channel managers and sales engineers).

• While most leads are inbound, we are looking for a motivated sales professional with a hunter mindset and a readiness to engage in outbound activities.

• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities while delivering accurate forecasts to leadership every week.

• Proactively identify solutions for prospects by acting as a trusted consultant throughout the Proof of Value (PoV) process, and negotiate to secure new accounts for our Commercial Segment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5+ years of closing experience (as an Account Executive) within the SaaS/Tech sector.

• Must reside in Mexico City and possess a thorough understanding of business culture throughout LATAM.

• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce and Gong, with a commitment to keeping your pipeline and forecast meticulously updated.

• A proven and exceptional track record in targeting and closing deals within the Commercial Segment.

• Native-level Spanish and professional-level English proficiency (Portuguese is also desirable!).

• Excellent communication skills (including public speaking, presentations, verbal, and written communication).

• Open to coaching (adopting a 1% Better Every Day mindset) and capable of applying received feedback.
