This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
β’ We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive (full-cycle individual contributor) to enhance revenue growth through a rapid SMB sales approach, with a particular emphasis on outbound efforts. This position is ideal for someone who can reliably self-generate leads and close deals with a disciplined and repeatable process, while contributing to the development of a robust sales culture as the team expands. In the upcoming 12β24 months, success will be measured by:
β’ 1) Closing revenue
β’ 2) Generating pipeline
β’ 3) Assisting in establishing culture
β’ 4) Creating repeatable sales practices and a disciplined CRM process
β’ You will be selling to hospitality buyers (such as owners, general managers, revenue managers, and commercial directors) and should possess a strong commercial curiosity about the industry, even if you have not previously sold in the hospitality sector.
β’ Must-have experience & profile
β’ - 2β5 years of overall experience, ideally 2β4 years in SaaS sales
β’ - Full-cycle Account Executive experience with a strong ability to close SMB deals (1β3 years of closing experience preferred)
β’ - Demonstrated capability to self-source over 50% of pipeline (must be able to provide quantifiable evidence)
β’ - A proven history of consistently achieving high performance (e.g., 100β130%+ quota attainment)
β’ - Comfortable in a high-activity, high-volume environment while maintaining a disciplined process
β’ - Strong coachability, curiosity, and habits of continuous learning
β’ - Solid CRM hygiene and process discipline
β’ Ideal background signals (nice to have)
β’ Growth trajectory from SDR/BDR to Account Executive (preferred pattern)
β’ Experience in one of the following areas (ranked):
β’ 1) Hospitality SaaS (PMS/RMS/channel management/guest experience/booking engine)
β’ 2) SMB SaaS (marketing tech/HR tech/operations software)
β’ 3) Agency or sales experience adjacent to hospitality
