This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Evaluate service agreements against contracts to confirm the correct setup of new accounts and service cadence.
• Develop vendor profiles and verify the accuracy of paperwork submitted by vendors.
• Provide training to vendors on work order and billing processes.
• Relay work orders to vendors and support the AOM in troubleshooting issues.
• Oversee, update, and finalize work orders in accordance with SLA, and alert the AOM of any missing requirements.
• Monitor invoice submissions and ensure vendors apply the correct coding.
• Generate reports on open and closed work orders and check statuses with relevant vendors.
• Maintain internal records (CRM, documents, spreadsheets, files, drives) in an organized and up-to-date manner.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of MCS management as needed.
• Assist in the training of processes and procedures.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the role develops in response to business needs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with other systems utilized by MCS, including Salesforce, Corrigo, Monday.com, etc.
