This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
β’ Coordinating video calls and in-person meetings to present and recommend our recruitment and headhunting services.
β’ Acquiring job offers from companies that need to incorporate talent into their teams.
β’ Prospecting and reaching out to potential clients using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.
β’ Previous experience in B2B sales, particularly in client acquisition within the HR sector.
β’ Proactive, resilient attitude with a focus on achieving sales objectives.
β’ Availability of a mobile phone, internet connection, and a laptop.
β’ Willingness to indicate collaboration as an SDR with Reclut on LinkedIn.
β’ 100% remote work.
β’ Direct collaboration with the CEO of Reclut Group.
β’ All travel expenses for in-person meetings with clients covered by the collaborator.
