β€’ Coordinating video calls and in-person meetings to present and recommend our recruitment and headhunting services.

β€’ Acquiring job offers from companies that need to incorporate talent into their teams.

β€’ Prospecting and reaching out to potential clients using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Previous experience in B2B sales, particularly in client acquisition within the HR sector.

β€’ Proactive, resilient attitude with a focus on achieving sales objectives.

β€’ Availability of a mobile phone, internet connection, and a laptop.

β€’ Willingness to indicate collaboration as an SDR with Reclut on LinkedIn.
