This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Execute administrative, campaign, and marketing support tasks for the Comedy Club Marketing Team.
• Assist in marketing campaigns that promote ticket sales and enhance event awareness across various comedy clubs and markets.
• Create and schedule email newsletters and SMS campaigns utilizing owned CRM channels.
• Support digital advertising initiatives on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and other paid media outlets.
• Request creative assets and artwork, and help manage projects from inception to delivery.
• Conduct research on comics, audiences, and market demographic data.
• Coordinate organic social media content and promotional messaging efforts.
• Oversee marketing and content calendars.
• Manage grassroots marketing campaigns and community outreach efforts.
• Aid in presale, group sales, partner, festival, and community-focused promotional activities.
• Assist with marketing updates within venues, including posters, signage, and digital displays.
• Input show and campaign details into marketing tools and tracking systems.
• Code and process advertising and marketing invoices while maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare recap reports for event marketing that outline activities, metrics, insights, and supporting materials.
• Provide marketing and event coverage on the day of the show as required.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Booking, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Maintain organized campaign files, trackers, timelines, and documentation.
• Be prepared to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as dictated by show schedules and deadlines.
• Assist with additional responsibilities and special projects as needed.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
• A solid understanding of live entertainment is preferred.
• Experience in event planning, comedy, concert, or sports marketing is preferred.
• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in event assisting/planning or marketing within the entertainment, sports, or public assembly sectors.
• Capability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to function effectively in a busy, high-pressure team environment.
• Strong collaborative skills and adeptness in navigating various stakeholders and teams.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
