This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Conduct audits to verify adherence to Training, Facility, Repair Procedures, and Tool / Equipment specifications.
• Record findings, develop an action plan for improvements, and collaborate with centers to establish mutually agreed-upon next steps for achieving certification.
• If you possess a training background, provide live training sessions to collision center and dealer staff on various collision and safety-related topics.
• Experience within the collision center and/or mechanical service center sectors; management in collision centers; independent insurance appraisals; or a comprehensive understanding of automotive collision, parts, and service operations.
• Time spent delivering in-person or onsite training is a definite PLUS.
• Technical background or education in automotive fields.
• High degree of accuracy in both verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.
• High level of empathy, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels within a collision center or dealership.
• Excellent self-management skills and motivation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
• Relevant professional experience coupled with strong social/interpersonal skills.
• As this role is classified as an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR position at the outset, benefits are not provided. However, DEKRA has a longstanding tradition of transitioning independent contractors into full-time positions based on business growth and alignment with your career aspirations.
