This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage the daily podcast feeds for Locked On shows across the SEC, Big Ten, and Big 12 conferences.
• Ensure episodes maintain quality, consistency, and alignment with network standards; provide constructive critiques and actionable feedback on content, format, and delivery.
• Act as the key communication link between the executive team and hosts, ensuring that network priorities, updates, and expectations are effectively conveyed.
• Mentor and develop talent, assisting hosts in enhancing their on-air presence, analytical skills, and audience interaction over time.
• Offer continuous support to hosts regarding content strategy, episode organization, and best practices for expanding their show.
• Identify underperforming feeds or hosts and collaborate with leadership to create improvement plans.
• Assist in onboarding new hosts within your conferences, including training on show expectations and network tools.
• Monitor and report on channel performance, highlighting trends, opportunities, and concerns to leadership.
• Work collaboratively with content, sales, and operations teams to advance network-wide initiatives.
• Strong understanding and enthusiasm for college athletics, especially within the SEC, Big Ten, and Big 12.
• Preferred experience in podcasting, broadcasting, sports media, or talent management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for delivering constructive feedback effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple shows and personalities at once.
• Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• A self-motivated individual who can work independently in a remote setting while maintaining close alignment with executive leadership.
