Collector II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls related to overdue mortgage and/or maintenance accounts, which includes third-party servicing and collections, via phone and mail.

• Execute collection activities in compliance with company policies, as well as federal and state regulations.

• Provide owners with a comprehensive understanding of ownership and the terms and conditions of their contracts.

• Facilitate collection processes to ensure acceptable levels of delinquency.

• Achieve required targets for phone activity, contact percentages, and other essential performance metrics.

• Handle correspondence and payments in a legal, ethical, and confidential manner.

• Keep accurate and organized documentation to support owner accounts.

• Request skip tracing as necessary.

• Support collections staff with daily tasks and procedures when needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Must fulfill federal and state licensing requirements.

• Flexible availability from Monday to Saturday, between 8 AM and 10 PM.

• Over six months of experience in collections or related fields in customer service or sales is preferred.

• Experience in skip tracing is a plus.

• Background in the timeshare industry, financial services, or banking is advantageous.
