Collections Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer accounts and manage receivables

• Process financial transactions and guarantee precise invoicing

• Monitor overdue payments

• Reach out to clients for payment reminders

• Keep records of receivable transactions

• Engage with clients via telephone

• Deliver outstanding customer service

• Support the finance team’s efforts in receivables management and timely collection goals

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related finance position is necessary

• Knowledge of ERP accounting software, such as Acumatica, is advantageous

• Willingness to travel occasionally to the East Hanover, New Jersey headquarters
