This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing phone communications
• Process payments for both medical and non-medical accounts
• Employ negotiation and customer service expertise
• Comply with all relevant laws including FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and others
• At least 1 year of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
• Proficient in entering and updating information on company and/or client systems
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Exhibits adaptability in scheduling and task assignments
• Works effectively within a team-oriented setting
