Collections Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with empathy and assurance.

• Assess financial circumstances and provide customized solutions.

• Negotiate payment arrangements, settlements, and complete repayments.

• Maintain awareness of quality standards and FDCPA compliance.

• Ensure precise record-keeping and work collaboratively with team leaders.

• Participate in team engagement via video during shifts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Excellent communication abilities — assertive, clear, and professional.

• Critical thinking and active listening are your key strengths.

• Comfort with basic mathematics (you will be working with percentages!).

• Experience in collections, sales, or call centers is a plus!

• Basic computer proficiency and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
