Collections Account Manager

• Overseeing a portfolio of accounts, addressing billing inquiries, and ensuring prompt invoice payments.

• Making a high volume of outbound calls to engage with customers regarding outstanding account balances and resolving issues.

• Navigating negotiations and assessing trade-offs between risk management and growth opportunities in decision-making.

• Addressing customer invoice discrepancies and other billing-related challenges.

• Managing customer payments and remittances efficiently.

• Establishing trust with providers and healthcare executives through strong financial expertise.

• Clearly explaining billing processes and educating stakeholders on invoicing protocols.

• Collecting and communicating feedback to enhance billing systems and procedures.

• Collaborating with internal teams to implement billing-related initiatives and pilot programs.
