Collaborating Physician, 1099 Contract – Virtual Women’s Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Enter into collaboration agreements with Nurse Practitioners as mandated by state regulations.

• Maintain an active and good standing licensure throughout the duration of the agreement.

• Engage in state-specific administrative obligations, as required by law.

• In Mississippi, conduct reviews of 20 charts each month.

• In Mississippi, facilitate quarterly virtual meetings with collaborating Nurse Practitioners.

• In South Carolina, fulfill the collaboration role without the necessity of meetings or chart review.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practice location must be within the state where you will act as the collaborating Physician.

• Hold an active, unrestricted, unencumbered MD or DO license in either South Carolina or Mississippi.

• Be a Board-Certified MD or DO.

• Willingness to serve as the collaborating physician of record for Nurse Practitioners.

• Comfortable working in a non-clinical, administrative capacity.

• Agreement to cover at least 50% of the collaborating physician positions in states where Midi operates.

• Ability to maintain licensure and necessary documentation throughout the contract duration.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
